How many locations I can add?

Currently, our app supports only one location at a time. We are planning to enable multiple locations soon. Please stay tuned.

How many widgets does your app support?

We currently have 12 beautifully crafted widgets available, with more to be added soon.

What is the update frequency?

Every 12 and 24 hours

How can I customize my widget to meet my specific needs?

We offer over 12 stunning widgets, each with up to 24 customizable settings. If you need further customization, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Why don’t my changes to review settings appear on the storefront?

Changes to review settings will appear immediately in the app admin preview but may take 1-2 minutes to show on the storefront. Please refresh the storefront after a few minutes to see the updates.

2. About billing and pricing

What is the billing cycle for paid plans?

Once you are on a paid plan, you are billed on a 30-day billing cycle. This billing cycle is charged for at the same time as when you accept to activate subscription or when the trial days have ended (if any).

Do you offer free trials for the paid plans?

We offer a 7-day free trial for the paid plans.

How does a free trial work?

During 7-day trial period, you can use the features of a paid plan without being charged. At the end of the trial, you can decide whether to subscribe to the paid plan or cancel it before being charged by downgrading to the free plan without uninstalling the app.

 What happens at the end of the free trial?

 At the end of the free trial, you will typically be automatically switched to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. If you decide not to continue with the paid plan, you can either cancel the subscription by downgrading to the free plan to avoid being charged.

 Can I switch between paid plans?

Yes, you can switch between paid plans. The change takes effect immediately, and you may be charged the difference.

 Can I downgrade to the free plan if I'm currently on a paid plan?

 Yes, you can downgrade to the free plan if you're currently on a paid plan. However, you need to complete the downgrade before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

 What happens if I uninstall the app?

 The app will stop functioning and not affect your store if uninstalled. We save your reviews, so if you choose to reinstall, all existing reviews should appear again.
